Difference now in TrumpyCane’s opinion is he has Alonzo
So Emory will win a Heisman or transfer in 2 years is what you are telling me.
Considering the hit rate for these 3 stars is 25% or so, I would lean more towards no Heisman. But hey, you never know.
He was an elite 11 finalist sir.Considering the hit rate for these 3 stars is 25% or so, I would lean more towards no Heisman. But hey, you never know.
25% hit rate is really good for 3 stars per class. amazing self own
He was an elite 11 finalist sir.
You can use the word “some” for both 3 and 5 stars lmao. Their “some”s are not the same. Less than half of 5 stars fade away. 93% of 3 stars fade away.Bradyn Swinson transferred.
Marcus Mariota was a three star and he turned out to be rather good. He was not a MC recruit obviously. Some three stars blossom over time and some five stars fade away.
So Mario was hired and paid $80M to recruit like most P5 schools? Not the elite P5 schools?
Keep in mind several of these kids transferred because Mario left.could also read it as if they don't produce, he pushes them out for fresh talent.. seemed like a high transfer rate
Mario is recruiting at a level we haven't seen in a long time. He has the potential to lock up top 5. That is all after one year, and a horrible year at that. Imagine what he can do when we start winning? With a rating of 300, but hey, that doesn't matter, right?!?!
I'd be willing to bet we don't finish top 5. Nonetheless, what does that have to do with this thread or the fact someone said most P5 schools look like this class?
Again, Mario was is EXPECTED to recruit top 10 classes yearly as that is his ONLY strength. So, he deserves a cookie for that? Oh yeah, he led us to a 5-7 season. No one was to blame for that but Mario. So if recruiting suffers/suffered that again falls on Mario.
That’s good to know3 of Oregon's oline this year were 3 stars. (other 2 were 4 stars).
That’s good to know
Clearly guys like Mauigoa and Samson are no brainers but we’ve got several lower ranked OL that look pretty **** good
