2015 QB Tiano Talks Miami Offer

May think I'm crazy, but I like his film better than Gibson. Because I can see he's reading the defense, has an exceptional arm and he can run. Just don't see Gibson being an elite passer.

....I mean he did find kayaa before ucla and usc

but count me in the Gibson or bust group though

I agree this kid Tiano is a better pure passer but Gibson is just all around special.

Not extremely impressed by this young mans arm. I am not saying you need the Berlin laser, or the SteMo bomb. Yet you do need to have some sort of strength. Every pass this guy throws. Looks like it has been punted.

That's probably the reason Coley asked him to make a workout video. He showed something to Coley because he received an offer after and Tiano's arm will likely get stronger being that he is just a Junior in high school. Every QB we bring in will not be a finished product, that's what we have coaches for.

The reason I say Martinez is a good comparison, not physically but throwing motion and style of play. Martinez is much faster obviously

I agree this kid Tiano is a better pure passer but Gibson is just all around special.

I don't get how you see a pure passer. Tiano's mechanics are awful and his passes look weak. He also only completed 48% of his passes with 7tds and 9 ints. Gibson's stats are alot better (56% 19 tds 3 ints) They both have work to do.

I think we need 2 QBs this class. Getting him or someone else early and then fighting and hopefully signing Gibson would be ideal.

I didn't say he was great, I said I think right now is a better thrower than Gibson.

Wow, I don't see a weak arm at all. His velocity is just fine, imo. Now that throwing motion is something Coley may have to work on with him. Needs a higher release point and a bit less wind-up.
