2 more years of Jameis

Its recruiting and PR. He'd be gone this year if the NFL allowed free market labor laws with their built in farm system known as college football.

Rumor is he might wanna go to MLB and not the NFL.

I've heard that as well from some FSU buddies I know. I believe he isn't eligible for the MLB draft until he completes his junior season if I'm not mistaken. Which could be the reason he stays at least two more seasons
He'd be mad to go and play baseball.

He'll make an absolute fortune at 22 if he plays football.

I somewhat disagree.

If he's fringe baseball prospect, then by all means go the football route. But if he's gonna be a top baseball pick, I'd go the baseball route.

That Double A curve ball has left many a talented prospect with his tail between his legs.

Does the kid have rocks for brains? Or is that when the statute of limitations runs out on a civil case?

The kid is average at best in baseball. It's pathetic he made a 3rd team All-American roster based off any of his statistics last year - all media driven bull****.

Minus the weak *** football schedule, the decent running game, and great defense carrying his sorry *** he'd be average in football too. He looked lost in the first half against Auburn and they had the 104th ranked pass defense in the country and couldn't stop anyone on D. Any average QB can complete passes to guys open by 10 yards...even Tebow.

Someone's jimmies are rustled.

He's a great QB. Deal with it.

One of the reasons being floated around is because the statute of limitations on a civil case for the sexual assault would be over if he stayed 2 more years. Which makes the most sense. If true its a scumbag move but anything can happen in a civil case.

Scumbag move or smart move?

This is good. I want to see Kaaya hand Sqintin' Winston a nice helping of beatdown before he heads off to the NFL.

Stop Hating... It's okay to say a player is good... He's a great qb... Of course he made mistakes... He was starting for the first time but kid is talented...

He is a one thousand time better football prospect. Hed be throwing away millions by picking baseball not the other way around. The endorsment and top 3 pick in fball will dwarf what he gets in baseball. Its not this is a Joe Mauer type situation.

Also he can go pro in baseball the same time he can in football which is after next season.

If Kaaya led Miami to a 2nd half comeback against the SEC champs I'd still be fapping. Winston was just a freshman but showed incredible poise with a minute left in the game. If Kaaya has a season like Winston's the haters couldn't tell us $h!t ..

Uhhh, yeah, if Kaaya throws for 4000 yards and 40+ TDs, wins the heisman, and leads us to a championship no one will be talking about a weak schedule, he will be a ******* god in coral gables. And rightfully so.

Not happening. Jimbo prob just told him to back that to help with his sell to recruits - "you can play with jameis, he wants to stay 2 more years and get his degree"

Its not rocket science. Opposing coaches are telling WR recruits they'll never play with rapeis
