I agree, this would be a worst case scenario if we strike out on mcfarland, jeudy, and smith. It would probably mean us ranked around 20th in class standings.

This is what you call a class that an 8-4 record would get you. Our season went down the tubes if this is how we end up. Some good and great talent but not enough super elite guys.

-We are barely recruiting Dean according to reports, not to mention he is an alabama lean right now.
-At this point, DJ Dallas should be listed as a CB.
-Edwards is still a toss up, I'm leaning towards Safety based off the interview by Ariz but things can change.
-Jordan Wright is not being taken seriously by the staff because he isn't taking football seriously, doubt he will be in the class.
-No way we finish the class with JUST Burns as RB...Either felix or Mcfarland will join him.
-Look for a DT and/or DE to be re-evaluated and recruited after the season starts. Wouldn't suprise me if we started making a serious run at Bryan Jones.
-Same as above with LB's

OL: Hayes (that's the kid from Missouri, right?)
DE: DJ Johnson
LB: Jennings
CB: Bandy, Wilson
Safety: Carter

I also think Thompson gets dropped at RB and Scott sticks with us.

That should be somewhere between 10-15 in the rankings. Not a top 10 class that you'd hope for for a "honeymoon" class, but still pretty good.

On espn that'll be top 10. Juedy & DJ are both top 35 if im not mistaken.

4. Sean Davis or Latavious Brini or Marco Wilson (prob only get 1)
5. Darrian Felix or Anthony Mcfarland (Bentavious dropped)
6. Bradley Jennings or Wilder (prob only get/take 1)
7. Mike Harley or Devanta Smith (If Smith Goes to Bama, I think we take Harley) (Scott dropped)
8. Jerry Jeudy
9. Leatherwood or Hayes or Telfort (prob only get 1)

I agree with 1-3 for sure.
Not getting a great feeling from any of the three named in 4
Think it is Felix and Jennings in 5 and 6
Need to push HARD for Harley in my opinion. That kid has looked real good in every video I have seen him in.
I think Jeudy is in
Not sure about these guys, I like what I see in the Hayes kid. I think the other two are gone. Telfort has never made me even think he's considering us. Just not ever gotten a good vibe. Leatherwood, although seemingly solid keeps coming around so that is a good thing. I would love to see us grab both Hayes and Leatherwood. You can NEVER have too many good OL

I could see us around 25-27. There are a few kids that are already set to be EEs, so that gives us some flexibility. Not sure what our current numbers look like but I could see the new staff putting together a large class.

Actually, it would be a very strong class. I'd hope we could add an impact RB (McFarland or Felix) and WR (Jeudy, Smith, et al) to that group. But other than that, it's a **** good group. Peoples' expectations for recruiting get out of whack. That class like has 2-4 guys who will be top 100. When have we ever gotten 5+ top 100 players? Not even our best classes in the late 90s had that.
