With 17 commitments currently and it seems the block will only get hotter as the season starts. I think it's rather ubiquitous that the '17 class will have 25+ commitments, leaving roughly 8-12 spots left, barring any "decommitments". Who are the final 8-12 prospects who could see finishing the class with.

Out of that list at this time Miami may get Amari, DL, and Trajan.

The others I don't have the best feeling about.

Also it's still only July. New targets will emerge with a big season, some kids will want in that came out of left field.
 
What is the word on Bentavious Thompson?

He's been rumored to be getting the silent treatment by the staff for a while, yet, there he was a Paradise Camp.

We taking him? Keeping him around just in case?
 
Add in that no one expects Thompson in this class, Scott may get pushed out with 1 more WR commit, and the attrition following the season. We have plenty of room to round out this class with some ballers

I think we end up with 27 signees and Thompson and Scott aren't part of that so that leaves us with 12 remaining spots.

First I think we will have the decommitments, I think Thompson and Scott will decommit. I think we finish with carter, bandy, DJ Johnson.

Who of our 17 commits might get squeezed out? I'm looking at Dykstra...seriously.
 
We will have more than one DE in this class. I hope Bryan Jones, the Ole miss commit, is the other one.

By "ubiquitous" do you actually mean "obvious?" Not sure what you mean by the "Everywhere at the same time" reference. However, I think we get Carter, Wilson, Bandy, Johnson...and hopefully McFarland.

WR- devonta smith
WR- jerry jeudy
OL- bulldozer from Missouri
DL- DJ Johnson
LB- Jennings or Wilder
CB- Bandy
CB- Wilson or Brini
S- Carter

9 + 17 = 25

If scott and thompson drop out then stock up on OL & DL
 
Felix and McFarland didn't show up, and McFarland publicly said another program leads. If we have a well-coached product on the field:

1 of Smith or Jeudy flips from SEC leans
Hayes
Johnson
Bandy
Carter
Wilson

Seems reasonable that we'll lose at least a couple of current verbals. I wonder how Thompson performed at camp. I haven't seen any write-ups on it, which in itself is concerning.

No way we get both Devonte Smith and Juedy!. I actually think Smith will be in.
