I have been imagining for the past 17 years, crazy how we can pull in good signing day classes as bad as we have been.

I’m actually shocked we're ranked this high. We honestly have no business being in the top 15 after last year‘s debacle. But there you go.

Just goes to show our potential if we have the right coach and can win. We may not be able to keep up with the Georgias and Alabamas of the world, but we don’t need to. We can be close to the top five if we can just get our shlt together

No more excuses. For this coach or the next.

Bro, u r saying facts.....but man, we need to have a little moment of a silver lining. It might not amount to anything but a repeat of the past, but let’s just enjoy the moment and hope for the best (although, I’m still in wait & see mode).

Some fans just don't know anything man...I read this thread and all I can do is smh.

Surprised about AW but Banda did his thing there. Still want to lock down sfla and letting alot of the MNW kids bolt seems strange to me and I didn't like it. We got some good plAyers especially at RB....still don't know wtf we doing at LB.

So this win and they come bs can be put to bed again? We had a disaster season and got the 12th ranked class so that myth again got bodied. Just bag up get the kids develop them and let's get these wins next season.

Not at all. You don’t think this class would have been even better if they won 10 or 11 games? You’re only going to get so many miracle classes where you can convince kids to sign on after a losing season. If you don’t start to win all the used car salesman shtick in the world won’t get you good classes. Look at all the crappy programs who recruit well.
Step 1. Hire new coach
Step 2. New coach excitement gives a year or two recruiting bump.
Step 3. Continue to lose
Step 4 Recruiting falls off
Step 5. Go back to step one

There’s a reason why Shannon and Golden had more recruiting success early in their tenures. You can only “sell” for so long. You have to eventually deliver.
 
To be honest, we better thank the Football Gods that we're even in the top 20

In every interview the kid said it was banda and/or Diaz. He kept saying that’s my boy/s yet everyone knows better. Kid has not mentioned Ed reed once. It’s been a about his relationship with banda. It was banda who has been chasing him.
