#1 Goal for 2013: Beat Florida State

Win ACC, if we beat wide right on the way, great, but beating swamp scum is more important. It is SEC and, well it is the figging swamp scum. Golden crippled wide right women's college by stealing Coley. It is the swamp scum and SEC that are stealing our recruits right now. Skin the reptiles and wide right will choke itself out of the way fall in behind us for the ride as it always has.

well honestly I could see us doing both lose and beat FSU. And I would be happy if it happened in that order bc that would mean we beat them and went to a BCS game bc of it.

Honestly I feel like we're competing with Florida in more recruiting battles though so I see that game as more significant.

Goals

1. Win ACC and go to BCS bowl (beating FSU in doing it would be perfect)

2A Beat Florida
2B Beat FSU

3. Win Bowl game

I would rather we beat UiF then F$U in ACC title game. P.S. ............no excuse for UVA even being in our game this year.

Goal #1 is always to win your conference. You can't get to goal #2, winning the whole **** thing, without first winning your conference.

Since goal #2 is the NC, and we are in the ACC, we pretty much have to win every game which includes beating FSU and UF. There may be some crazy scenario where we lose a game and have a chance still but that's highly unlikely.

So basically, yeah, beat em both.

Our offense should be the ****. We need to go at both rivals hard. I actually have confidence we can do it. Sadly, I'm more worried about UVA and UNC. It's not hard for a Miami team to get inspired to play UF or FSU. For some reason, we don't get as hyped for other teams that have been the thorn in our side for years. Need to get old school and stomp UVA and UNC.

UNC has the best QB of all the teams I just mentioned too. This guy worries me a bit.

It's not easy to get hype for UF, FSU, KSU, ND. We haven't beaten fsu in years and we got our **** pushed in by k state and Notre dame. I'm not worried so much with the "thorn" games anymore because I think we have built enough talent to win those, however I have yet to see a golden led team win a "big" game against a formidable opponent. That is the biggest challenge, IMO.

Re: FSU- I don't want to lose four straight. But I literally hate the Gators.

BEAT 'EM BOTH.

The Coastal will follow should we achieve this monumental task.

The FSU game is on the road. We'll be expected to lose on the road. You can lose that game at FSU and still get to play them again later in the year in the ACCCG on neutral ground under different circumstance.

That UF game is home...that UF game is probably the last time we'll get to play those ****ers for quite some time. That UF game is going to have HUGE recruiting implications.

In my mind there is no bigger must win on the schedule than the gaytor game...for many reasons.

Beat UF easily outweighs the others. Teams are coming in here barking about being in the SEC and stealing our players, UF is leading the charge. If u want to make a statement this is our chance at home, early

The UF game looms extremely large, but we can lose that game and still be in a position to win the conference on November 2 when we play FSU.

#1 Goal for 2013: Have a top 50 defense

Doesn't matter what our goal(s) is, if our defense doesn't improve we're losing 3-4 games.

we have to beat FSU. they've made us their ***** 5 out of the last 7 times. :(

have to beat the gators too.
we're going to roll through them though!!!

I think the tempered optimist's outlook is a win over the Gators and a loss at FSU followed by a win over FSU in the ACCCG.
