I agree with your point, but it is worth saying that multiple teams offering a similarly high end range is a better indicator than only one team offering that high end pay range...

TBF, they were had us outnumbered in the box 10-9 on that play and 2 of our 9 were Kirk and JoJo trying to block guys and they both whiffed. Both the TEs lost their reps as well. OL all won their reps

Yeah, we didn't have many options after Kirk slipped on 2nd down and dropped the TD. Fletcher was out on Woozy St after the prior 2nd & 1 run. We ran the same off tackle play on 3rd down we ran on 1st when everybody we blocked it well, but JoJo and the TEs didn't get their blocks that time. I don't think they had any faith in Lyle running up the gut when we're outnumbered in the box.
Shoulda just put Lofton in at RB and run it straight at them 3 times from 3, but oh well.

Best of luck to the young man. Was always at the front celebrating someone else's big play. Didn't work out, but never heard a bad word about him.
