Pretty much. Harrell ran a 4.24 at Louisville. If Froggy’s faster, he’s approaching 4.20 and Usain Bolt wouldn’t run that fast, granted he doesn’t run a 40. The fastest combine 40 ever is 4.22 by John Ross.

People know how fast K.Williams, Randall Hill, Hester, etc...were. But the fastest guys on those UM teams from 94-96 were, Shipman, Carlos Jones and Nate Brooks. Jammi was fast af....but injuries curtailed his career. Same for Yatil.

The game speed of this class above is unmeasurable .
