Maybe your guy is upset. The news about the recruits definitely isn’t good. But pretty sure there is still a strong NiL and we’re going to portal hard. Now The Dennis smith stuff yea idk and I don’t get why he’s still here
The money is still there for this HS cycle cz that’s already been budgeted. Portal is the wildcard.

Cam himself wasn’t but if you invest millions in shaping a roster you want to at least see them get to a championship game and playoffs.
This was my concern. People with big money usually make sure the ROI was worth the investment. If it is, the money keeps flowing. When ROI suffers, they begin to question the investment. It's like any business. Yes, some rich fans are just that, fans.....and they will continue to blindly fund some programs. Maybe a few want to see a championship in their lifetime, so if they are a bit older, they may drive NIL for years. I get that. But most people are not wired that way. And let's be real, Miami has a much smaller alumni base than most CFB powerhouses.

This was the year everything was to fall into place...
- EASY schedule
- Clemson and FSU both down
- Heisman QB (being paid a **** ton)
- Experienced OL, RBs and WRs
- Stud Dline (potential and cost)
- Returning coordinators and systems
- Dependable placekicker for close games

And yet, Mario and crew still missed the ACC Championship game and likely the playoffs.

This WAS the year like you pointed out. I hope their love for the program outweighs there thoughts on who runs the show but you don’t get rich betting on losers

Losing Wiley and Nix at one of biggest holes on the field… ouch

Better land Alford and maybe even consider Schott at LB

I’m sure he still has his supporters just speaking on the one I know personally. We should know in a months time between HS and portal
