Facts, huh? Lol. How about this, how about either u or @Dwinstitles name me a program that had back to back losing seasons & wound up getting back to back top 10 classes.
I cant name one cause I consider 8-4 a losing season as a UM fan. 7-5 is a losing season to me dead ***. 5-7? back to back 5-7 top classes I have not seen. I expect us to lose but I dont think it will cost us recruits or gain us recruits. Relationships that are established between kids will get it done along with bags.

No respectable team is gonna have back to back losing season. For all the 20 plus years of incompetence Miami has never had back to back losing seasons in that period. Not with Shannon, Golden and Manny

If u don’t think that 5-7 season, & how that 5-7 season unfolded didn’t put the fear of God in the youngins from 2024, u r just being naive & a Homer.
**** near every coach gets that 1st yr bump no matter what the record is b/c what u can sell is hopes & dreams. After that first yr, if they see the same chit, not only will the opps negatively recruit against u, blue chip kids start saying chit, too.
We need a decent 23 season; ain’t no more honeymoon period.

But that's half the issue. @Rellyrell ain't wrong & neither is @Dwinstitles 5-7,6-6,7-5,8-4 those are losing seasons. And this ain't no version of a respectable program what we've seen consistently over the last 18-19 seasons. We've had a few semi respectable seasons but overall nah. 9-3 don't cut it for me and trust it sure as **** don't cut it for no one in staff now either. But y'all freaking out every single season like rebuilding a program that's been systematically losing for all this time, it's not done over night. But the man's proven he can do it. So how bout the supposed fanbase that pulled Mandy's ***** *** **** **** near all throughout except for in moments simply ***** the **** up and let's the man work. There's certainly been plenty of teams that put up numbers like that consistently and still turned it into some recruiting success. But it s aprocess so chill.
Bro, I made a whole OP about supporting & respecting the process. Now let me be clear; I was defending and going to bat for Mario all season, just ask @TimeBum & @crossover22[]_[] . I fully expected a chit show season yr 1 under Mario b/c anyone who wasn’t wearing the O&G glasses or feeding off the bull chit that Slip & Slide Diaz was selling could see the major holes on this roster due to inept recruiting.
With that being said, none of us, not even the most supportive of us would’ve imagined, not just a 5-7 season, but a black & white television w/ the turning **** 5-7 season. That’s the spookiest part of it all; our brand of football last season was something akin to leather helmet worthy & that’s y kids were like wtf, particularly on the offense side of the ball. IMHO, if we win 8-9 games this yr, even though that’s still well below our standards, we reel in an even better class than ‘23. But, we gotta give these kids something this season. That’s my only point; if we would’ve went 5-7 while avg. 25 ppg, I don’t even think that would’ve been that much of a deterrent. Brother, we were Doo-***, Soap Opera Commercial bad.

Love this pickup at WR! Chance has been a favorite prospect of mine and it's great to see him commit especially since he plays WR and we need an infusion of young talent there. I would like to see this start a run at WR for us.Great get at WR. This young man has all of the tools to be a really special player. This might just start off a big run of elite recruits just like last year.

You know I **** with you brother. And I know you were still supportive last season. But what you're saying had next to nothing to do with the recruiting issues. Being honest with you our issues were 85% due to off field issues. That individual is no longer here.

I'm just asking...why do we have to post this, as if it is somehow determinative?
First, that was the LOWEST attended game we had at the Orange Bowl that year, a noon game against a crap opponent. We had better attendance for Rutgers and Troy State. Why not show the Washington game from that year?
Second, EVERYONE IS MISSING THE POINT. The Gaytors and SemenHoles have had some pretty sparsely attended games the past few years, BUT DOES HAYES FAWCETT PUT A HALF-EMPTY STADIUM IN THEIR COMMIT EDITS?
The point is not "show me a poorly attended game and act like it's a Miami-only problem". The real issue is that if you are trying to make the best-looking edit, you use flattering images of both the player and anything else included in the edit.
Having said that, did this make my Top 100 list of things to complain about? Not today it didn't. But I see it and I notice it.

Exactly. The FSU game last year was packed. He couldn’t use a pic of that crowd…..this he chose that picture on purpose. They don’t like us and never will, fck em.
