I see him only getting better. It's ******* crazy that he's only 16 right now, whereas James Cook for example is already 18.
He looks bigger than 180 pounds to me. Duke johnson tape was just so **** impressive but the lingard type of running backs(elite size/elite speed(for size) is how you win the big games imo.

I think it's based of his potential...but your right that tape is Not overly impressive, mufuggas are straight lying to themselves ... does feel really good to get the top running back in the state though
Yeah I'm excited as **** to get such a high caliber prospect and it's good for us as a program...hope he lives up to the 5 star rating.
Yeah cook is 1 year and 8 months older than him yet lingard is bigger, faster, stronger and overall a more explosive athlete than cook

Duke was a rare kid. It's not a knock on a prospect that his film isn't as good as Duke's was.
Other than dalvin cook I haven't seen running back film as good as his in Florida
Duke was much better in HS, imo.

Seems to be. Like I said that's all on the parents. Guys really gotta understand this previous staff was complete idiots that burned alot of bridges with prospects locally. These kids have been getting recruited since the 8th, 9th & 10th grades. People like Cristobal & onion have known them forever. Throw in the intangibles of not being a winning program for a long time & you'll see we got alot to overcome

Lol people already knockin the kids film. This kids film is very similar to Gurleys tapes. This kid has ridiculous speed.
Duke was stud in HS and Miami most productive back, but... he never had the speed. Speed kills and this kid has it. Also this kid has a much larger fram to add good weight. Elite speed you can't teach and great size.

agree with u. Linguard's film is not that impressive. Lately, I would have Duke, Yearby, Noel Devine and Cook's film as much better. But, hopefully he is going to get better and better. He runs way too high right now. Needs to get better with cutting, or grow about 30 pounds with his current game to be dominant, maybe like a Gurley or Jordan Scarlett type. I think he can do either once he makes his mind up on what kind of RB he wants to be. Glad we have him, and hope we can hold on to him.

I'm over here laughing my *** off at these fools saying the guy looks slow. The kid easily outruns everyone with the exception of a couple good angles. He averaged over 11 yards per carry this year, and barring injury (god forbid), he's going to have a fvckin monstrous senior year. This fanbase is simply the worst.
