It took me some time to collect my thoughts. As absolutely unforgivable and egregious a loss as that was to GT at home, Mario is ahead of schedule when it comes to rebuilding this program. Most people thought we would lose 5 or 6 games this year, that is clearly not the case. This team is going to win 9 games and a meaningful bowl and if that was what was being discussed prior to the season starting everyone would have absolutely have taken it.
We have a great base of young talent, Mario and Co are delivering what is shaping up to be another Top 7 class and the future of Miami is brighter than it has been for decades. There is going to be so much talent on the field that a GT game will not happen again. Go Canes.
