You’re talking in extremes.

I’ve repeatedly kept saying things look bad CURRENTLY and time was running out to fix things. But you and others run with it to one extreme, just like the other side takes statements into the other extreme.

But carry on, I’m having a blast.

I got told to just trust leadership once. That was when I knew it was time to leave.

You are what you do in recruiting. It is 100% results oriented, and this year the results have been subpar. That is the honest truth, it’s not saying Mario sucks. Last year the results were exemplary.

The ”fealty or else” approach actually makes the difficulty of the accomplishment look less significant.
