I guess I understand why some fans can’t get over the past but missing a kid here or there under Mario doesn’t mean we are on to Plan B and C and backup plans

He’s a national recruiter with the biggest pool of elite recruits we’ve seen since our glory days in his Rolodex

People just need to chill and stop being fixated on the same old names

It’s not only that Mario is built different but our previous coach in Manny was the worst. When we missed on Plan A our plan Bs were basically G5 level players. With Mario plan B and C still have offers from the best of the best.

I posted this too many times to count during the Diaz era. It was one of my biggest complaints . We’d put all our eggs in in plan a then when he decommits we had our ****s in our hands. Rather than recruiting all the backup options and just being open with them about the process. Not calling them in the 12th hour saying “ hey big head “. Mario does this , keeps Communication with kids that might not be the top option. I know for a fact Dawson does this with his qb’s. They know where they stand and also know who’s being recruited. Doing that keeps relationships and kids will respect you.

Agreed. Not saying he plays exactly like Kam the player but can sell him on early PT, development and All American track... hopefully lol
