Your Keys to Thursday Night

Their DL is tiny.
Get the ball first, and run it down their throats. There should be no way we can't just gash them. Wear their defense down this way the first few drives and then open it up.

My favorite read on the game thus far was the guy who rationalized that UNC wasn't "up" for the ECU game hence them getting blown out.
Not being up for a game can explain a close loss, but not a game where you gave up 55pts. and almost 600yds, that's a deeper issue.

Their rush defense is 102nd in the country, allowing almost 200 yds/game. Pound Duke and Crawford early and often. Then air it out when the time is right.

Keep level, focused and execute in what will be a very raucous 1st quarter. This is their big deal game and the place will be rockin, very loud. Take the crowd out by executing well, score, then bury their *** from jump.

Get on them early and break their spirit. At 1-4 and already out the ACC race with their fans down on them and playing for nothing they will pack it in quickly if we don't give them a chance to breathe. Let them hang around, and you wind up with one of those shtty back and forth battles against a sht team like Clemson had against BC last week. This game is all about coming out breathing fire and stomping them early and breaking their already shaky will.

Number one defensive key to the game:

Ty the Cord

No. 1 offensive key to the game:

But the No. 1 overall key to the game (which has been the difference between 5-0 and 3-2 so far this season, IMO):

If it was last year, I'd worry. If Renner can sit in the pocket undisturbed, we have trouble. Howevah, we have a pass rush. I think Renner is in for a nightmare.

Run the ball. They will try to take away the Morris deep ball. Carve them up with Duke and Dallas.

Morris also needs to be disciplined and take what's there. He forced it last year.

Correct. If we kickoff, stop them quickly on D it will be a long night for UNC.

They have a long way to go for this season to be relevant for them. They could beat us and they would still need to go 4-2 in their remainder games to be BOWL ELIGIBLE.

The intangible and incalculable things in college football that is prevalent across the sport just make me SMH. It's mind-numbing. Similar to the USF guy that said we were in the spotlight for the first time this year vs them, and we could trip up from the pressure. This type of **** is what is said by losers. And we said this stuff for years. I'm ready to remove these stupid sayings from our lexicon and start kicking some *** on the regular.
