Your 1st team QB today = Kevin Olsen

Olsen didn't have a great day today. He was erratic at times and missed high on several throws. He also made a God awful, Jacory Harris like decision late over the middle during the 2 minute drill. That play was disturbing for 2 reasons....1) It was late, a horrible decision, and he floated it into traffic instead of firing it in 2) Nobody on defense actually picked it off...the ball was incomplete but hung in the air forever.

There's absolutely no doubt Olsen has more God given ability than Williams...and I'm not saying Olsen won't start at SOME point this year ....but I would be absolutely shocked if Williams is not the one under center against Louisville. As you would expect with a young quarterback, his decision making has room for improvement.

As a side note...another guy that caught my attention was Sonny. He's an imposing figure, but Kamulu was eating his lunch on D Line vs O line rush drills. Sonny has a LONG way to go.

Dmauri Jones got some burn with the 1's (Dorsett and Coley were the other 2 on the field with him) which I found interesting as well. He actually looked pretty good....kid has a huge frame for a wide receiver and showed good hands.

During rush drills I saw alot of 4-3 alignments...but during actual scrimmage (2 minute work) we were almost exclusively running out of a base 3-4.

From what I heard and read is the defense beat the offense all week long with both Wright and Olsen.
