Negative crap? Have you seen our defensive team's slide over the past three years - I mean statistically? Is that some sort of 'positive?'

After three years, did you happen to count the third down conversions we made on offense? Or check the score? After THREE years of THE PROCESS?

I'd sure like to see you slap my face if I were on your team. I'd bend the barrel of a 1911 over someone's head if that ever was tried - if I was in a good mood. I never get mad. I don't get even. I go about seven times over before my bloodlust is diminished. Hey, you do things your way, that's mine.

I understand the end is not 'here.' But I can see it from where I'm standing. Honesty is the core basis for improvement. If you can't identify trends, examined carefully the numbers, and measure accurately, then your business, your goals, or your team is doomed to failure.

Honest. That means calling things exactly what they are. Good or bad.

That's why they give tests in school. They take measure.

This team has been average at best for 10 years....10 ******* YEARS!

It is getting worse instead of better. We've got a flip flopping head coaRch who cant make up his mind. We are losing recruits left and right...not to mention the ones we didnt "lose" but never wanted to come here or were never recruited.
