YOU CAN RUN THE BALL ON FLORIDA STATE

Scott Van Pelt was at fsu before he came to interview Duke and said their entire defensive gameplan centers around him, they're comfortable making Morris beat them

Can anyone else see a play action fake to Duke and then a 65 yard bomb to Coley or Waters on the first play of the game?

I would love to see it, but then I think about 2nd and 10 if it doesnt hit. Last thing we want is a 3 and out on the opening drive. FSU has been killin' it early. We need to take them into places they haven't seen yet.

If I were Coley, I would dial up an I right jumbo package. Play action to Duke then hit Warlord over the top for 15 and let him get some YAC.

Say what you want about Morris, but even the worst hater must admit, that he completes those 50+ yard bombs like other qb's complete bubble screens.

And he completes bubble screens like most qbs complete 50+ yard bombs...

Coley did not time faster then dorsett. Dorsett ran a 4.29,coley 4.41,duke 4.41,a.crawford 4.43,herb 4.44,burns 4.45 and burns said he is faster than that but he just had got on campus when he ran it. The plan is to stop duke they had a article on fsu 247 that what the d was focusing on. Jimbo conference monday they said dude talked about duke and the oline for 10 minutes and didn't mention morris. They said when he was asked a question about duke jimbo got serious.

last year if you watched the game closely you would see FSU kept a safety in the box, and basically left our wideouts one on one all game... Morris was terrible in that game... So many overthrown passes that couldve led to tds..

Not rocket science but best believe their will be many bootlegs to Hagens and Warlord in the flats...they key in on Duke they leave themselves vulnerable to the play action to the flats and when they come up to defend the flats you bomb them deep, which Morris is good at. One thing you want to do with a struggling Qb is get him comfortable by throwing short passes to Tight ends and the fullbacks. If FSU willing to give up the short passes and allow Morris to get into a rhythm he may easily start ripping FSU defense apart once he gets his confidence up...it's not as easy as people making it seem that FSU defense will shut down the offense. Key in on Duke play action to Warlord and Hagens in the flats...come up to stop that bomb over the top to Coley, Waters, and don't forget Scott...back the safeties back give it to Duke...same game plan Coley had for UF except we didn't take as many shots downfield because we were up and didn't need to.

Just hit the TE's Warlord and Sandman should have a great night... it will be the difference as well as running it down their throats. We have to keep them off balanced as well with a good passing attack.

it all comes down to one on one battles. OT vs DE, OG vs DT, receiver vs corner. if we win the majority of these one on one battles, we will win.

They aren't comfortable letting Morris beat them, they know they can't win if we can run the ball. It's not a case of feeling good about their match up with Morris, it is them choosing the lesser of two evils.

Tomorrow night I feel like we will see Stephen Morris have a Byron Leftwich moment and leave it all on that field. You better believe he will sling it more than a few times, and it could produce big numbers.
