Do not explain yourself to him...I cannot stress enough how amazing it was to recently discover the "mute" button. I deal with the "smartest person in the room" syndrome and bullies everyday as a lawyer and this site is supposed to be an escape from that. Dude might have some connections and scoops from time to time, but I promise you muting him will not take away one bit from this site and will actually make it so much more enjoyable. There is no civil discourse with that poster.

I am sure this will generate an insult thrown at me but guess what...I won't see it :) thank you mods for the mute button!

When he didn't understand your sarcasm you coulda said "I was being sarcastic, I agree". Instead you call him out. Annoying to see this all over the place.

I 100% agree with you. Your foil, is a 100% fraud. Here is the best way to deal with him...... He made some statements (admittedly fairly innocuous) about the de la Cruz family, so I showed it to them.........

It is quite funny to see a lawyer complaining about things that lawyers say and do.

Fortunately, you know it's not personal and that I know what I'm talking about. I was just confused as to why you didn't grasp the sarcasm of what I was saying, since I have used a variation on the same joke for days.
