I love how they're saying this is the worst tampering they've ever seen as if tampering isn't the same thing every time.

"Hey if you leave you'll get money, want to?" (Yes/No)
He played at a high level for a Fr, maybe pay him his worth or quit crying. Did Bama tamper with Horton ? Ya **** right they did . Am I mad at that? Nope. They paid him a lot more than we were willing to. That’s the game. There isn’t crying in baseball or CFB. Now Wisconsin can stfu and develop us another player for next year.

Right, it could only be the most blatant case of tampering
And their fans like ours are just running what their site insiders are telling them which is what the staff is telling them. Reality is that Fickell and staff are ****ed and frustrated because they invested time and money into a kid that turned out to be really really good and now that he is good, he is just leaving them for more money and a situation they like more. This is their way of coping with it. We are pros at this because we used to throw fits every time a racist and cheating SEC team came down to SFLA and took a stud.

This is the new way of life in CFB and you either adapt or move on. If your program isn’t paying enough or just isnt attractive for good players, that a you problem. Adapt or die, don’t hate the player, hate the game etc etc.

No. Tampering only results in a level 2 violation. A fine, some minuscule sanctions, etc.

Blocking a kid from going to a specific school that he wants to attend and not be able to make the money he wants to make is a good way to get their *** sued. Again.

I’m sure Miami will be the guinea pig for whatever they want to enforce here to slow down the rampant tampering.
**** it then…… there shouldn’t be any hesitation on Miami’s part.

Wiscy claiming Miami tampered, so they refuse to process the portal paperwork… so what is the process from here?

@DMoney
So miami can't tamper but Alabama can with Horton and Wisconsin can themselves.

Hypothetically, if Wisconsin won’t process his paperwork before the deadline, could he just withdraw from the university and enroll at Miami as a “walk on” and get NIL deals to cover for normal scholarship expenses?
