Yes, but they're 2 different styles of WR's.
Colbie is a tall big bodied Flanker/Z & SBrown is an X, but can also play Flanker as well.
SB has better hands, is faster & is a better overall route runner. More wiggle & his releases are a lot more crispy.
CY is better at the jump ball & has better balance with the ball in his hands after the catch, doesn't go down on first contact.
But from the CB's perspective, I can tell you the WR I would hate facing the most between the 2 would be SBrown. Young isn't difficult to slow down, he has the tendency to mentally check out of games when he's not getting the ball. So, if you're physical with him & get all in his chest place at the top of the route he'll stop running & say, "Man fck this.." & take the next few snaps off.
SBrown goes full throttle every snap & he doesn't telegraph his routes, he makes them all look the same. Which is frustrating to pick up on when you're dealing with a WR with his speed.
Per your other comment about CY checking out, I didn't trust Young to contest the jump balls last season in physical coverage. Personally, I'd rather have Brown because you never know which Colbie is going to show up.
