WR Malachi Toney reclassifies to 2025 Class

Which 4 do we lose to graduation? I know of Restrepo and George. Who are the other 2? I know Sam Brown is a redshirt junior and Isaiah Horton is a redshirt sophomore. Then Ray Ray Joseph is a true sophomore I believe. Shemar Kirk is a redshirt junior then we have the true freshmen in Jojo Trader, Ny Carr and Chance Robinson.

My birthday is in September and I turned 18 in my first semester of college. Think it happens a lot. When my kids were in school in Leon county the rule was that you had to turn 5 by 9/1 to attend kindergarten. My youngest has a late July birthday and was always one of the younger kids in her class. When I was in school in the dark ages, you had to turn 5 by 12/1 in Brevard county.
I’m October and turned 19 first semester. Youngest people in my grade were 8/1, but knew a lot of people with August birthdays that turned 18 senior year. Mixed bag I guess.

Anyway. Point being he won’t be as young as a Blount or Ryan Williams but doesn’t seem like he was a full on hold back that would’ve been 19 playing against high schoolers.

Let's just all say every player is the best ever and lock threads from now on. You wimps that complain about everything are insufferable.
I’m not really seeing anyone *****ing

Asking for verified size numbers on a kid is like more secretive than asking Mario who our starting OL is gonna be

We get lied to enough around here

That's probably just because you are able to comprehend. These insecure little ******* just want to see sunshine pumping.

Do most turn 18 at the beginning of their freshmen year? Feel like most people I know started college already at 18. But I don’t have kids to know all the start windows and all that lol

What in the actual ****?

You've got people who turn 18 in January. And February. And March. And April. And May. And June. And July. And August. And September.

That is, quite literally, 75% of the months in a year.

Yes, most people are 18 or turn 18 in the year in which they enter college. Why is this so hard to understand, I am confused by what people are failing to comprehend?

It's not like he would be 17 for his entire freshman year. Or 16. He's not Doogie ******* Howser.

Only this group would ***** and moan about a 4* WR reclassifying so he can get to UM quicker. Never seen a fanbase work so hard to degrade their own commits like this one.

Only this group would act like an 18 year old born in January is sooooo much older and more mature than an 18 year old born in September.

Just asking because I don’t know, what is the general track record of reclassifications in CFB? I know we use Blount last year and no buyers remorse whatsoever there. I can’t recall one we’ve had before him.

We'll definitely lose Restrepo and George.
I didn't know that Brown red-shirted, but he's 4 years in as well.
Michael Redding is also 4 years in, but probably has red-shirted at one point.
Redding is no longer on the team. He never played anyway so why would you even count him?

Why does being 4 years in matter if the player has redshirted? The only thing that matters with Brown is if he has a good enough year this year for him to declare for the draft. He may rebound and have a great year but he has one more year if he wants it.

Idk why you’re so pressed here lol, Blount is going to be 17 all season. Same for Ryan Williams at Bama. I turned 19 my first semester of college, and based on personal experience that’s when most people turned 19, not 18. Was just curious if that was the norm.

Depends on where you live. And also boys tend to start school later in many cases.

In NY. School cutoff for kindergarten is Dec 1st. My daughter started Miami at 17 and turned 18 in mid October.
