I'm just saying the best case scenario he has at Alabama is a #2 in an unproven offense. He could end up a #3 in a bad offense at Alabama. Did he forget they just scored THREE points against Oklahoma a few weeks ago?

The best case scenario at Miami is a #1 in a proven offense.

Why not wait and see if we get Mateer? Is that not worth taking a little less $$$? He saw what Jacolby and Restrepo did this year. He easily steps into one of those 2 roles next year (assuming Dawson is coming back).

I think he’s very good and better than Daniels but he won’t have as good a qb next year as he had this year. I think he is a very high floor, somewhat limited ceiling guy. 1000 yards with Milroe sounds impossible.
