Nah there’s definitely a faction here that hammered the Neanderthal Mario narrative and think he has/will force Dawson to run.

But yea most couldn’t care less. With our RB room we should run often.

Not only confused ... but kids just didn't WANT to play for that idiot.

We all realize it brother.

The reality is that we didn't just perform badly due to scheme. But every facet of the game across offense, defense and even STs outside of Hedley and Borregales was an unmitigated disaster. We weren't just 5-7, we were a baaaaadddd 5-7, should have been 4-8 if UVA hadn't given us the win.

So even if Dawson is a quality OC, and we fixed a number of personnel problems across both players and staff, did we fix enough of them to flip the script completely and win 8, 9, 10+ wins? Most of us can see us winning 7. Most of us also feel we MUST win at least 8 to show progress. But can we? Much less 9 or 10? I'm optimistic but not believing until we see it on the field.
