you know you can coach something in practice that isn't intended for game day, but strickly to make a point or for improvement.

OMG I saw our QB's throwing off one knee in practice, obviously we are implementing this for game day!!! CORCHING.

mod's you know you have one poster here that takes the counter point on each and every thread and tries to make each thread into an arguement with him. and I assume you know that he has done it before on previous websites.

This is a perfect example of why the member-based FB board would work so well. A guy like Ringz would be stuck in the kiddie pool board with the newbs his entire life.

In regards to what Coach McDonald is teaching them. I think that attitude is what we need. We need toughness at every position especially at diva positions like WRs and DBs.

In regards to 5ringz opinion... I understand what you're saying, that this is bad coaching tactics b/c they will commit penalties in games. But i disagree, b/c this tactic is obviously just for Practice so that everybody can learn as they go. These kids played football long enough to know that "hitting" a player is only going to led to negative consequences during a live game situation.

So just let Coach McDonald's teachings play out.... this man has a NFL pedigree and i'm confident he knows what he's doing.

Please don't carry over your hatred for me from the WEZ to the football board. Whatever thread it was that I embarrassed you over there should hold no bearing on how we should conduct ourselves over here.

McDonald is simply trying to give the DB's immediate feedback when they're holding.

quite possibly the DB coach and WR coach got together and decided the holding was over the top at practice and were trying to find a way to stop the db's from committing the hold.


this childish arguing **** has to stop. i left grassy because of this ****. internet thug-isms are ruining a lot of good boards. the if you don't agree with me mentality/viewpoint then you are a idiot **** has to stop. i hope the powers that be put this childish **** to a halt real quickly.

This has nothing to do with the WEZ, where the only person you've embarassed is yourself, time and time again. You should probably get back to complaining about a meaningless practice technique before you get this thread shut down.

Can somebody tell me what is "Grassy?" Please because that's all i keep seeing on here. That place has traumatized some of you all on here.
