See I don't understand us here. We chased the big dogs at slot in Singleton, Conception, and Branch, but then told we didn't like their asking price, but then let a proven productive very solid slot option like Squirrel White go right to FSU.

White would have started at slot for us. FSU has done nice work at QB and WR this portal cycle. Right now they're more proven at both positions than Miami, which is wild considering the 2024 season.

Who else have they grabbed at wr ? And how proven are they ?

Ight guys if we Do get Beck, priority #1 in Spring is obviously getting a top portal WR.

We gotta tamper to lure someone to enter the portal. IDK who we could target, but we need a proven stud imo.
I wouldn't be shocked if a guy that already transfered and committed somewhere this winter reenters to come here

Brooks is out of eligibility. Guessing it would have to be an underclassman because nothing is stopping graduates from going ahead and entering.

He said elite. Gotta be insinuating Jeremiah Smith, Eric Singleton, etc.

I wouldn’t say elite but maybe he meant someone like Stribling or Rivers who stayed away due to our QB situation
