Sources close to Nebraska wide receiver transfer Malachi Coleman tell 247Sports he will visit Minnesota on Friday.

That is currently the only school Coleman has set a visit to but there are a variety of other schools he is considering.

Those include Boise State, who has interest in him playing both sides of the ball, Iowa State, Michigan State, Kansas, Miami (Fla.), Kansas State and Oklahoma.

Freak athlete. I don’t like that he is already transferring after 2 seasons. His whole deal was he was extremely raw and would need TIME. You need him to completely buy in and keep him engaged or he will be right back in the portal 12 months from now. Don’t think that is what we need. Get 1-2 of the RIGHT plug and play guys, and roll with what we have.

Other aide of the ball is bigger priority. I’ll take 1 WR (if he is an established stud) if that means we take 5+ DBs, and not just “bodies” either. We got enough of those…

I didn't know he went to Utah. He made a mistake leaving Syracuse with the year they had. Miami was looking at him back in 2022 or 23 but he went back to Syracuse. Interesting name and I don't think would cost a lot
