I don't get this, we're severely under the scholarship limit and kicking has cost us at least 2 games. Forget this PWO 40% crap. Go find the 10 best kickers and offer them SCHOLARSHIPS until you can land one.
We've already had two Indians in our program: Andy Sixkiller and Jim Wahnee. Both started. Sixkiller was pretty **** good.call elizabeth warren, ahe coukd probably hook you up with an Indian Linebacker
Yes, Andres Borregales is committed for 2021
Apparently Borregales kicked a 56-yarder tonight at Pahokee on a soggy field
Of course he can just not easy to do and depends on the schoolI asked before and didn’t get an answer. Is there anyway this kid can reclassify? Have the coaches asked him if he would consider it? Need him on campus ASAP.
Pull Baxa’s scholarship just like Feagles last year. Problem solved. Thank God they’re looking to replace him
In fairness, Baxa went 9-12 last season and missed 1 XP. He was consistent all spring and into fall camp. It's not like this kid showed many signs of a regression like this, thus the need to sign another kicker.I suggested we should recruiting a kicker in a recruiting numbers thread last summer and was told that was silly because baxa and the ‘21 kid.
this program is not professionally run. It is reactive, not proactive. And expectations are based on hope, not realism. Backup plans are poor to non-existant.
In fairness, this program has overrated its kids and had zero depth or back up plans for >15 years. We’ve endured legendarily bad punting, our STs have been terrible, and we’re talking about some kid who we hope will enroll in ’21. It’s like UM coaches prefer excuses for losing to plans for winning. In fairness, Baxa went 9-12 last season and missed 1 XP. He was consistent all spring and into fall camp.
