Willis McGahee Ain't No Sissy Like Some Of Today's Players

Ain't mad at any 1st round running back who wan'ts to sit out a ****ty bowl game. Why add some bad mileage?

And give a big fvck you to all the Sr's on the team that busted their asses for you but they aren't going to the league. This will likely be their last football game ever.

Yeah that's what real men do.

Lol wut? hose teaamates aren't going to be there for him, and pay him a few hundred thousand/million dollars a year if something happens to him. More ****boy type ****. Oh what about the team bro? Man **** that. I applaud kids like the kid from stanford, fournette. DO you realize how hard it is to be as good as these guys are?

In Mcaffery case, he was given a 60+ thousand dollar tuition that he needs to fulfill an obligation to.

Considering that Stanford made McCaffrey's tuition money in JERSEY SALES ALONE, I'm pretty sure your proposal is irrational. Are you kidding me? Do you seriously think Stanford hasn't made more than $60k off of Mccaffrey this year? Thats ******* ridiculous.
He had like 750 total touches the past 2 years. And you don't think he's fulfilled his obligation to the school. lol gtfoh.

Next April he will be signing a multi-million dollar contract....because that is what his value is. Yet you think that since he isn't playing his meaningless bowl game that he hasn't payed Stanford back for his $60k tuition? The amount of money he made the school last year alone should get his kids free tuition for undergrad and grad school.

Then, team sports are bull****. I may not be the first to say it, but I'll yell it out anyway. This sets something in motion that has the potential to destroy college football. People are arguing about the immediate effect on fans and teammates. The issue is vastly bigger than that. This is a classic example of people not looking past the first step. Once again, regardless of which side of the immediate issue you support, you have to stop and look ahead a few years. IMO, college football will not be what it is today. This is way more significant than leaving early or graduate transfers.

It's quite amusing how people skirt around sound logic to make asinine points just to make themselves feel better for being a fuqin dumbazz.

It's been stated Ad nausea that you can get hurt doing any **** thing. **** Teddy B and Kelvin Benjamin **** near ruined their careers running around in helmet and tshirts.

It is the absolute pussification of the nation; and any man that says he would be in his sons corner for a display of such bichazzness as this deserves to lose his family jewels.

If I was his team mate Id have done him like that walk on Did Ojomo a few years back.

Have you ever changed jobs? Or had a job.

No. I started at Quiznos subs at 16; and been working there since. I'm 29 now.

All I know is #dontquit

I told Quiznos 10+ years ago that I'd be the best **** sammich maker in the history of Quiz's nose.

And **** it.

Ive been just that.

So don't ask me about loyalty son. I live it.

My man. That a way not to quit on the team. Your teammates and boss appreciate your loyalty

Nah but seriously tho.

You can't have ever bled with men on a football field and think this shid is cool.

Your status/success are due in large part to the men who played next to you and the coaches that put you in position to display the star in you.

When you work a job. A lot of your success is based solely upon yourself and the things you did as an individual so it makes sense to look out for self.

When you are on a team and it takes 10 others guys doing their job for you to shine..... Well then I'd say its selfish and bych as fuq to abandon your team mates for something that ,logically, doesn't make much sense

All the offensive lineman earned those runningbacks that nFL job. Good runningbacks are everywhere. This just pointa out the selfish ones. The ones that won't make a crucial block because it doesn't pad their stats.

but that was the national ti.... you know what, nevermind.

he's right. im glad he was so loyal that he stuck around for his senior year.

Yea, like Ezekiel Elliot "I would give anything to play 1 more time with my brothers in that scarlett and gray". Meanwhile, he left with at least a dozen more games he could have played in.

What the fck does changing jobs have to do with this scenario.
McCaffrey comes off as an entitled diva, not just because he's skipping out on the bowl game...

This entire season, he's had this arrogant smugness about him like he's hot ****...

I think he'll be a marginal player in the league, I don't see special talent... Terrific college player, but I don't see an exceptional athlete that will translate at the next level.

Reminds of DAT from Oregon, electric player in Chip Kelly's system but didn't amount to much in the league.

Lol he is. Same with leanord fournette, Dalvin Cook, etc.... They can do what they want, because they are that good.

Well said. Running backs are only as good as their o lines

You left that job and coworkers and boss to go make more money. Did you have to quit? Where's the loyalty. A little selfish.
This wouldn't be some sentamental disision for me. It would be all business. I would bet most agents would say the same to any first round talent playing in the champs bowl. It is a business ,big boy decision. Most players probably would want to play. I would tell them why it is foolish.

If you willfully walk away from the team mid season without a legitimate reason (family/injury/health/V.D./appointment with chise/kicked off team/caught doing Penn State stuff) you should get slapped with a bill for that years tuition.

In Mcaffery case, he was given a 60+ thousand dollar tuition that he needs to fulfill an obligation to.

Considering that Stanford made McCaffrey's tuition money in JERSEY SALES ALONE, I'm pretty sure your proposal is irrational. There's a difference between sitting out regular season games, and sitting out meaningless bowl games. Frankly, we need fewer bowl games to begin with, they are cash grabs designed by ESPN to fill in gaps in their winter programming.

Can you kindly show me the data for this very factual statement?

Thanks

It stands to reason, dumbass. The typical Nike Stanford jersey costs around 70 bucks. Are you telling me that Stanford hasn't sold 1,000 jerseys this season, or 3,000 in the last three years. Are you? They've sold more than that to their student body in that time, let's not even include the people around the country who became fans.

You seem pretty knowledgeable, what percentage of that 70 dollars is profit after cost and overhead?
