they have NIL but riley reportedly prefers to spend the booster funds into improving program resources whereas boosters would rather put it towards NIL. also, boosters in LA dont spend like boosters in the backwoods of the SEC. they have more money but they want to know how their money will be used and what are the benefits vs heres a blank check from the yearly proceeds of the only farm store within 40 miles of houses

USC writers themselves have talked about the state of disarray the USC NIL is in. Add in the poor recruiting class (likely due to limited NIL and program insecurity) and the rumors about Riley and it is clear that program is not in an upwards- trending, or even stable, situation right now.
