According to Feldman, they are having issues with their NIL. According to him they have 3 collectives and they are not in sync. Supposedly one has favored nation status and the other 2 are kinda doing there own thing. Problem is one of those 2 is the big money and (this is speculation from USC Board) this collective might not be all in on Howard and USC is scrambling trying to make sure they can deliver on the promised deal.

Crazy a program like USC can’t get these collectives in line.

Who says he HAS a committable offer in had at THIS point. Mario might be all in on waiting for Ward's decision before making commitments to options.
