It's a proven formula. Get 4 & 5 star recruits you win. BUT it still requires good coaching and above all good play calling on game day.

Not really because he also NEVER beats more talented teams. He has maybe done it once in his entire career. If he had even less star studded teams he would be a perennial 5 win coach.
