His defense is going to be that he can't get a fair trial outside of the swamp scum atheletic department. Will ask case to be remanded to Chief Judge Foley in the middle district of "well you are a gator football player" so he can have a jury of his peers. I mean you can fine 12 felons most anywhere, but only at swamp scum u can you find 12 felons who have gottten away scott free with at least six offenses each. Give UF the dealth penalty and tens years hard time to rest of SEC for association with know felons. Where is SI when you need it.

Whoa, the details coming out are interesting.

http://deadspin.com/aaron-hernandez-charged-with-murder-updating-588065097

"Prosecutors detailed Lloyd's multiple gunshot wounds to the side, arms, and chest, including two "through-and-through" shots to the chest. Keys to a vehicle belonging to Hernandez were found on Lloyd. Lloyd had all his possessions, so robbery was not the motive. Five .45 caliber shells from a semi-automatic weapon were recovered.

A warrant was issued to recover surveillance footage from the 14 cameras in and around Hernandez's house, but police discovered that 6-8 hours of footage, from around the time of the murder, was missing. They were able to discover text messages from Hernandez to the victim and the two other suspects on the night of the murder.

The prosecutor said authorities have tape of Hernandez, with a firearm, saying "You can't trust anyone anymore" before driving to pick up Lloyd.

The group stopped at a gas station to pick up "blue cotton candy Bubblicious gum and Black and Mild cigars, which are used as rolling papers for marijuana."

Surveillance video at Hernandez's home showed someone carrying a gun into his house, down to the basement, and that's when cameras were shut off."

Oh Massachusetts? Too bad he won't get fried like burnt steak on electronic chair.

Where is Charles "Pulitzer Prize" Robinson at?????

Hundley Johnson or whatever his name enroute . . . Gator defense, as in local Gainesville cases, based on stupidity. Didn't think surveillance system was up and running or that renting car in his name might not be a good idea. Still no text or comment from Urban. Wife says he's under the weather.

I wonder if this was the gun he used?

:real thugs don't need no trigger discipline!:
