He did nothing wrong. Probably a nice guy. But that much vanity in a football coach (he's gotta spend 20 minutes a day grooming that thing) is not a trait an actually tough and strict head coach would tolerate. It's more about Mario than him.

This. Listen everyone. I told you about Shannon, Golden, and Manny. This feels the same. It isn't going to work with this Grunt. Until you have someone who recruits the right kind of player not based on athleticism and star ratings but based on intelligence and ball knowledge and quite frankly commands respect and is a prick like Saban ot Urban, you will never achieve. He will go 6-6 next year and then what?

Baron Alston Barrow Clark Kiko Powell Porter are all out of eligibility. Wesley Hill Richard Harris Moten all need to go. Bain needs to lose weight and OJ needs to keep working to get better. He’s been one of the few bright spots on d this year but he was terrible today.

I'll know the answer to that immediately after he picks the guys. I knew before the season that the defense was going to be trash. We don't have good players up the middle of the defense or in the entire secondary. I predicted 9 wins this year, we ended up with 10. The year before that, I predicted 7 wins and that's exactly what we got.

I'll know the ceiling of this team as soon as the recruiting class is signed and the portal closes. It's up to Mario and our NIL people now. We need to take some big swings, and it's not going to be cheap, so we'll see.

Jacolby George would be kicked off the team as soon as the plan landed, if I were making the decisions. How many costly personal fouls has he committed here? 4,5?

He’s been givin several second chances. At some point you need to be a leader and make an example of what will not be tolerated. He cost the team the game, the season and chance to play for the NC, because he is a self centered player that can’t keep his ego in check. He should have been gone last year.

I'll be honest, even I had trouble believing my own words. I am incredibly worried that this team regresses to 7-5 next season. I do not believe that he is a good football coach. Sigh.
