Who landed Florida's blue-chip recruits?

Yeah, I like our class, but outside of Taylor and Williams, our commits would be middle of the road or bottom half commits at Bama and not far behind at Clemson, UGA, and OSU.

I’m under no illusions that Miami can reach that level in recruiting barring a miracle.
Arroyo the TE is better than any TE Bama or Clem has.

Depends on who you're talking about.

Stroud has done well with the DL. It's manny scheme I don't like.

But These 2 kids are going to get better and better whether we coach them or someone else does. They are just that good.

We can rightfully complain about Bama getting Florida kids, but we have less room to complain than UF and FSU.
Also, north and northwest Florida is geographically, culturally and philosophically more Bama than Miami. Those country kids like country towns
Sarasota and Lauderdale is in our territory tho and that’s where they got em from.

Way to cherry pick two names. There will be some recruits who succeed simply on talent alone. Do you really want me to name the amount of highly rated guys who weren't developed?
Only if u name the ones who was! And, every school has this problem. The only difference is that its magnified when your not winning! Bama, taint, uga,lsu clem all have this issue.

You think every program in the country has the same lack of development on blue chip prospects that Miami does?
Yes! Were fans on miami that's why u can say this we know the players cuz were miami fans! but go check bama, taint, lsu , uga, usc all of them have the same issue. Although on a lesser scale but EVERY team peewee, grade school, middle school, high school, college and pro has this problem. Cfl, xfl everybody get a clue!!

gr15 was undersized and didnt even play the position. he was developed and found. phillips barely played medically retired and is about to go first second round

So.....everybody on taint, bama, uga, lsu, clem, usc, texas, ufag, fspoo...etc every player on those teams has been developed in your opinion?...asking f4 a friend!
Is that what I said?

Read again what I wrote and get back to me.

Great, you named two players. How many blue chip defensive recruits has Miami signed since Diaz has been at Miami? You named two that were developed into high level draft picks..........two

Yet most people want to fire Manny despite his recruiting success. Will he be a successful HC? Maybe, maybe not, but it takes more than 2 years to recover from the cluster !@#$ of the previous 15+ years. He has shown the willingness to make changes, and obviously he can recruit considering the last 2 classes in the midst of a 6-7 season last year.

Overhaul the defensive staff, continue recruiting at an elite level, and we're cooking with gas

Chefing don’t mean chit if u can’t put the ingredients together. Lol.

Ppl want Manny fired b/c we’ve under performed w/ his players.

Just like ppl were praising Golden for “mending So Fla relationships” and building something. Golden’s first 3 full classes were #10, #14, & #12.

Manny’s first recruiting class is #10. (I give all new coaches a pass on that transition class)

Has the defense outside this year really underperformed? That’s his side of the ball

Already mentioned before but the defense outside this year has given up over 30 points 5 times since 2016

By the way Goldens classes from a player average standpoint were around 88, and that’s not even going into the non qualifiers or guys who never even suited up

we haven't had this type of talent in a recruiting class in a LONG time. well see what he does with this group. fwiw, Harrison hunte looks to be the next great DL here, as well.
