Xavier isn't an indictment of all governement workers in the same way that Monica Mattos isn't an indictment of all Brazilian pornstars just because she did a little horse and midget stump filmwork.

Congress, on the hand, there's your "**** with the government" canard mealticket.

I do find it entirely bizarre that a guy employeed via tax dollars would be throwing his "considerable" weight and reputation behind some time-consuming leisurely activity that just makes him look like a blowhard *** who shouldn't have said taxpayer funded job. Pretty shortsighted stuff.
