Who is most important recruit in this cycle?

I know Picketts a popular answer… but I think there’s some position questions as to what he will play. I don’t think he’s the same level as Smith was in importance

It’s funny with all the names listed Luke Nichol isn’t among them….if he can come in and be as good as we all think he will be he will be our most important recruit imho….i mean to be able to start a Freshman QB ( and why can’t we have one like other schools do) and not have to worry about the most important position on the field that potentially will be able to bring top WR’s to your team seems like he would be the most important recruit this year…
 
Griffin! He’s the best player in this class and when people talk about secondary it helps to have a Chris Jones type DT. Secondaries look better when a team is elite up front.

Emory can work if you don't have people like Sam Brown dropping passes over and over. Gotta put playmakers around him. Emory is smart and tough enough to play the position but he won't take over a game by himself like Ward.

Emory is mediocre. Imo, we can only be average with him at QB. If we don't grab another portal QB, we will find out. Hope I'm wrong.

Portal QB plus the DBs mentioned by everyone. … still a long way to go with recruiting. We have some gaps that need filling.
 
Need to overhaul db athleticism and shear talent. So it’s the following:
Stubbs
Pickett
Hanks
Jaboree

the Emory homers are going to be coming for you
but I agree
hes the equivalent to a NFL career journeyman back up
good for a few games here and there but not someone you play a season with if you goal is to win a title
 
I will say it again DT, DT, DT, DT
we only have a couple jags commited
we cant waste last years class by adding jags
we got to keep stacking
 
It always starts with DT for me so Griffin, but I am playing Pickett at Free and we see what is happening there right now. 1A and 1B!
