Where is Gus the Bus?

dallas is fine. next year we add yearby and powell. those guys are impact players.

I question that. They're both too small to carry the load full time. We need bigger backs with speed. I'm not a fan of Crawford, and although I like Yearby a lot, I wish we had a bigger version.

I'm not a fan of Gus Edwards. I wish he had gone to Syracuse like he originally planned. I'm not convinced he was such a great last minute find.

When I think of all the New York City players we got over the past twenty years, only one was truly outstanding: Steve McGuire. Robert Bass, Leon Williams, and I think Gus were or are all fairly good, but not great.

What looks good in NYC football is not all that great by Fla standards.

edwards played in staten island ny. not exactly top notch comp. in his defense, i think we were looking at him to be an FB

We have a fullback? never noticed..,,why in the fug do we not have big mo running on short yardage? Also why do we go away from the I formation. Coley (OC) is too cute with the play calling and D-no no needs to go go ASAP

Gus will never be Alex Collins, but he's already better than Dillard or Clements. He'll be a contributor in his career, but not a difference maker. Just be realistic about the expectations.

Agree with everything except him being better than Clements.

Clements is a good back who doesn't get nearly enough burn.

He's a true freshman, and the #4 RB on the depth chart and people are already questioning if he's a bust or not?
