They need to be at a caloric surplus, get their protein in even with muscle milk and then eat whatever they want. Pizza, burgers, fried chicken whatever.

Some of the greatest players in the history of sports ate like ****. This ain't like some old white dudes trying to catch a 6 pack to show they still got it. These dudes are 19 year old freaks of nature in their prime. I get the whole idea that the perfect plan would be for everyone to eat whole grains and lean protein and steamed vegetables all day and have 6 neatly spaced meals, but that ain't realistic for 19 year old college kids. That's the **** a 36 year old dude trying to cling to his youth measuring his portions and typing in his diary on some food app does.

As long as these young dudes are fueling themselves properly and making gains in the weight room they'll be good.
So...what you're saying is that you've hacked into my computer.
