Anybody whose knows football and watched USC knows that Kiffin can call plays. It's the administrative and organization traits he lacks.

Kiffin is a "decent" OC when surrounded by incredible talent and that will be the case at Alabama. Remember, he was the co-OC at U$C with Sarkisian. He did a terrible job at Oakland, U. of Tennessee and was very average as an HC at U$C. However, he is an above average to excellent recruiter and can lie with the best of them.
