What it say?đź‘€

Ivins said the visit with stevenson could not have gone better. And he said this went over good. "From what I heard, at one point during the visit there was a player panel for the parents and Tyrqiue's mother stood up and asked if her son was wanted at Miami. DeeJay Dallas quickly asked who her son was before replying that Tyrique was needed at Miami. Apparently that was a hit."

And stevenson said this was his best visit and it was just different. Ivins said he leaving his pick on uga but the reason for it is he doesn't want to keep switching his picks. Said he still wish he would've kept it on miami.

- keeping his pick on miami for haselwood. Keeps hearing that he just wants to be at miami.

-Thinks zip and summerall can go either way

- likes miami for kennedy and martin

- dixon to usce and the staff will keep pushing for dent and elam

- thinks dunmore can be flipped and he is the one that initiated contact with miami a couple months ago

- thinks it will be a battle for bogle down the stretch because bama will push for him now. Keeping his pick on miami but not as confident because miami rarely beats bama head up for a croot.

- he thinks a&m for hunter and some think lucas just trolling to build hype

Year in and year out its been for the most part a negative outcome. Why should we expect a difference when the trend hasn't shifted our way in years.

These rookies just don’t get it. I have been following this stuff for more than 15 years. Miami has really closed well in that span. We have landed a few in signing day like Tracy Howard, Thomas last year and a few at All-American games but it’s few and far between. I hope we close well and some of these kids pick our dumpster fire over teams like Bama and Georgia haha.0

So sounds like -

Haselwood - Miami
Neal - Bama
Stevenson - Miami
Bogle - Miami
Lucas - Who Cares
Dunmore- Miami
Hunter - Who Cares
Dixon - USCe
Emerson - Miami
Zip & Summerall - Nobody knows
Solomon - Michigan

This would be one **** of a close. Then you still have a shot at MAR and a few others signing in February. That would be a top 10 class easily.

I’d take that anyday and then add Martin and Kennedy. Gotta get 2 more cbs, qb, another o lineman and a lb. Hopefully Zip and Sumerall sign with Miami then they’d be set at tight end and d line.

If we close with this, add Tommy Kennedy and maybe a few late signees, that would be pretty successful. This class was never going to be like Storm18 but this would give us some momentum and some dogs.

Yes if this happens we get the transfers and 1 of elam dent Richt redeems himself a bit. If he hires an innovative offensive coordinator RICHT IS A FOOTBALL GAWWD

This would be just as good if not better than storm 18.
Storm 18 had more top tier players but this class will have difference makers that storm 18 didnt have. Hasslewood is the best HS WR since Julio Jones and Stevenson is the best florida d back since Derwin James

Year in and year out its been for the most part a negative outcome. Why should we expect a difference when the trend hasn't shifted our way in years.

It was a negative close when we had a 9-win season and finished strong after waxing WVU in our first bowl victory in a decade. It was a negative close last cycle when we came off a season where we were constantly being talked about on ESPN and the Turnover chain spread across the nation.

So now that we come off an abysmal 7/8 win season (bowl game pending), we should expect a strong close?
