What happened to O.Pierre, Curtis Porter & Luther Robinson??

Man that UiF game was a long time ago wasn't it? Porter ******* dominated that game.

Porter is always getting double-teamed and still manages to take away the middle. He's playing great ball. So is Renfrow. Pierre started out the season strong, but I agree that he seems to have faded a little. Could be that Robinson is just getting better. L-Rob is knows he needs to earn a paycheck next year.
 
I don't agree it's because a 3-4. Wilkerson played it the same 3-4 and had 7 sacks his last year at temple. Watt is 3-4 de and had 19 sacks and is on pace for 10+. Long was a de in the 3-4 for golden at uva and was the 2nd pick in the draft. Look at hou,sf,az they play a 3-4 and their dline is disruptive. My point is we don't have the players yet and that's why they want valentine,moten and johnson.

They looked better last year? LOL We gave up 200+ rushing yards last year and now its down to 140 but they looked better last year? LOL

OP, the fact that teams aren't running all over us shows they are playing better. It isn't all about getting sacks and tackles for loss. Just plug the middle.

These guys are the main reason for the turn around on D this year.
I can't give them enough credit.
We went from swiss cheese against the run to impenetrable between the tackles.
If you want to run on us now you have to get to the edges. Some plays have been able to get there but only when their blocking is perfect or it is a busted play bouncing outside.
I'm sure they will come up big this Saturday against the run.
Stopping the passing attack will be up to the backs and line backers. We will see.

We are a top 20 team in both offense and defense, but if you listened to our so called "fans" we stink on ice, with a crappy qb, a fragile rb who shrinks from the light, and a crap defense.

We are also 7-0 and #7 in the country.

What's wrong with all you "fans"?

So you think the DT's from last year on the defense of the 116th ranked defense have been forgotten about by the DT's from the 18th ranked defense from this year? LOL!

Curtis Porter was hurt much of last year and now we have Renfrow.. Dont be so simple dude.. I know my eyes tell me that Chickillo is playing much better than he did last year, and Porter and Pierre have taken a step back. Evidenced by Renfrow and L Robinson being named starters. Hope they turn it on at FSU especially Pierre.. We need him
