What about Sanders going for it on 4th and Goal from the 25-30ish instead of kicking the FG?The only issue I have is the comparison to Saban at Bama. That’s not fair to a 2nd year HC at a program like Colorado.

Not what i would have done. It’ll be a target point if they lose the game. If they win the game, it’ll be forgotten and he will have completed a great turnaround season. What about Sanders going for it on 4th and Goal from the 25-30ish instead of kicking the FG?
Let me make sure I have this right, just because he’s had a good season as a coach, I have to now like him? Someone that I have not been a fan of for 30 years, even if I respect his abilities..
No, you don't have to like him. You could just ignore him and hope he stays out of Florida.Let me make sure I have the street just because he’s had a good season as a coach, I have to now like him, Someone that I have not been a fan of for 30 years, even if I respect his abilities
Boneheaded turnoversNot what i would have done. It’ll be a target point if they lose the game. If they win the game, it’ll be forgotten and he will have completed a great turnaround season.
I’m more troubled as to why the media has anointed Hunter and Jeanty the Heisman pair of finalists and dropped Ward from discussion.
I don’t need to ignore him I’m aware of the world doesn’t mean I have to like himNo, you don't have to like him. You could just ignore him and hope he stays out of Florida.
Have the Street??? I don’t understand.Let me make sure I have the street just because he’s had a good season as a coach, I have to now like him, Someone that I have not been a fan of for 30 years, even if I respect his abilities
Probably right. His stats overall are still great I’d think but Dillon Gabriel as a finalist for the Maxwell and not Ward???Boneheaded turnovers
But one thing is a fact. Deion brings out the hate on CIS like no other coach today in CFB.
How does one have anything to do with the other?
Y'know what, don't answer that - let's stop derailing the thread.
Bragadacious, in-your-face, undeniably hard working, flare, encourages accountability, undeniable success (at least so far).I don’t need to ignore him I’m aware of the world doesn’t mean I have to like him
There’s many games on every week and there’s no discussion of any of the HCs like Deion, with the exception of Prison Mike and Sling Blade Billy - so FSU and UiF, who are like our biggest rivals. Colorado has nothing to do with UM. It’s undeniable that Deion brings out the haters like no other HC not FSU or Ugator. There's not a single thread on page one about Sanders or Colorado. The only reason he is being mentioned now is because his game is on. He's not in a conference championship game and is beating a team that's on an 8-game losing streak. Yawn.
If anything, the anger comes from those of you who wish we talked about him more.
I know someone on here who is very knowledgeable and who has met him on more than one occasion and is familiar with his coaching and says he’s a great man, great coach, so I’ll accept that. And I didn’t care for the way he handled the Pope thing but that was one instance years ago now.Bragadacious, in-your-face, undeniably hard working, flare, encourages accountability, undeniable success (at least so far).
These are the reasons I grew up a UM footbal fanl. Find similar characteristics in Deion as coach.
Never met him personally, but from outside looking in hard to not root for his success given those facts. If you've met him personally and had diff experiences can't speak on that.
Can you imagine if our QB shoved a ref? We’d get a 45 yard penalty dancing like a phag in the end zone like that
It’s undeniable that Deion brings out the haters like no other HC not FSU or Ugator.
Does he not? That’s not a backtrack, that’s a full throttle assertion. Norvell and Billy are FSU and UF. Why is the colorado coach on that level of hate here, actually more hated??"Deion brings out the hate on CIS like no other coach today in CFB."
First backtrack of the day.
If he played better against GT he might be there. He has Heisman-like quarters, but makes many questionable decisionsProbably right. His stats overall are still great I’d think but Dillon Gabriel as a finalist for the Maxwell and not Ward???
I tried to post both of your quotes. Sorry if I used a white font or something:Does he not? That’s not a backtrack, that’s a full throttle assertion.
