And yet all they have to do is win their last two games to get to the ACCC. What a letdown last week continues to be

They were alternating QBs against BYU and it was clear to everyone that he was better than Preston Stone.

That said he's just a mobile QB in a VERY QB friendly system. Lashlee schemes up wide open throws for his QBs and that ability to run buys him a lot of extra leeway.

Maybe he'll be great in the future, but I don't think he's that good at the moment.

The only thing we lost was our razor thin margin of getting an at large if we lose in the acccg.

Yup. ****ty sports weekend for UM fans.

I probably won’t be watching the games over the next two weeks since baby is due a week from now and I will have my hands full. Hope I see UM in the ACC championship when I check back in.

Syracuse will be looking to ruin our season. I am very very concerned as they are going to be hunting for a top bowl game and we are on the road. UM would be better off if Guidry stayed back in Miami. Clemson beating Pitt was terrible. Needed that breathing room.

I turned it off when the BC QB **** down his leg.

Nice stat padding for style points by SMU at the end. Final score says they won by 10, but it was FAR closer than that. Could very easily have lost.
 
Against our defense? Did you watch their game?
Everything they do well is what we do not defend well.
Mobile QB that can throw.
Good running game.
Run the hurry up offense.

This is exactly what Lashlee was talking about.

It's actually a really difficult conference - lots of mid teams that can rise up for any given Saturday.

You lose in the SEC and it's a good loss cos everyone is apparently a juggernaut. You don't get that same leeway in the ACC - you drop one against an inspired Stanford at home and suddenly you're a fraud.
