How did Rashada “ earn it “?
He got his ranking on the merits of playing in games and going to camps and doing all of the things every other kid does. Arch doesn’t play that competition, he doesn’t camp and he’s sitting with the #1 ranking solely because his name is Manning. He didn’t earn a perfect score based on what he’s done. Lol.

Oh I think I got it now , if you play fake , tag football with no pass rush you’ve earned your ranking / money.
Oh I think I got it now, Arch Manning earned a perfect recruiting score and the number 1 ranking because of the competition he plays and what he’s shown at camps.

You my friend either have a really sick imagination OR far too much time on your hands...

So back to the 7 v 7 thing. Its your only crumb to hate on him about. If you knew how ridiculous that argument is. Some of y’all really overvalue the 7 v 7 circuit and their purpose.

He earned his ranking by playing every Friday night for four years and playing at a pretty high level. Playing football is earning it. That’s how you’re ultimately evaluated.

You’ve compared him to a rich kid being given a Porsche which is a horrible comparison , then Rashada earned his money because he played in some 7 v 7 camps. I had no clue fake tag football with zero pass rush mattered so much until Arch came along.

I guess kids who are the number one pick in the draft but pass on the combine didn‘t earn that either? That’s what you’re saying.

He was given the # 1 ranking because his name is Manning and he’s a good player… not because he’s truly the best player in the country. When he’s had chances to go throw at camps like other kids he’s passed on it. So yeah, I stand by that. He’s rested on his privilege and been rewarded for it.

If he were ranked 5th would you be less bothered ? Are you this bothered by Bronny James being mentioned as a one in done when any scout would tell you he wouldn’t be a highly rated kid if his name wasn’t James. He’s 6’2 and nothing special as an athlete or player yet Lbj says he’ll play with him one year in the nba.

At least Arch checks every box as a prospect and put up numbers.

You hear people consistently wish these high profile kids handled themselves in a certain way. The unanimous #1 player in the national does and he just gets hated on…
NFL can't draft qbs with any reliablity after spending millions on scouting and combines. Colleges get at least 3 years less development to look at and always hard to tell who the high school guys are playing against. Obviously, nobody knows who the best high school qb is going to be in college. Guess somebody has to ranked #1.

**** you Arch , how dare you rank yourself a five star, number one player in the country and not play in 7 v 7.

They all should be ranked where they’re at based on their work.

I do get bothered by the Bronny James thing. He's never been the best player on his AAU or high school team but people are treating him like a lottery pick in waiting. At 6'2" he better have Ja Morant or Iverson or Rose level athleticism if he's playing off ball. Or he better have Chris Paul Skills if he's playing the One. I don't see it.
Not arguing that he will never reach the NBA but 1 and done for Bronny James only happens, if it does, because of his last name. If he was Bronny Johnson, people would ask which college is he planning to attend for the next 4 years.

TrumpyCane thinks it’s fair to point out his numbers have dropped every single season from his freshman season

The privilege argument is jejune unless one thinks the end goal is an imaginary ranking. If he were given QB1 @ Texas solely based on his name, then the argument may be valid. But complaining about a fictitious ranking misses the mark.
