UM has schools potentially making poor coaching decisions. Maryland may have promoted someone to DC who is not ready to be a DC out of fear of losing him to us. Michigan promoted their QB coach when we took Gattis but of course that was their ”plan” all along.
Funny what our new found money is forcing other schools to do.

We poaching so late in the process. I didn't think about it until I read your great point here. Right after the season people are looking for better situations and promotions. Mario new after things settle the only thing that would make people move was money. These schools have been blindsided and can't overpay for replacements at the same caliber as what they lost.

Many of these “consolidated” threads have pages of crap that don’t have anything to do with the title…
