Miami's defense was better in 2010 against FSU when we got blown out (45-17) then it was against FSU last week we got blown out.

Miami has enough talent, it's time for a coaching change on defense.

And I would not expect Alabama would destroy FSU. FSU has a very athletic defense with disruptive defensive lineman, and a couple big-time playmakers in Joyner and Smith. Recall, that Va Tech's defense gave Alabama all it could handle for a large part of that game.

And on offense, FSU is loaded, particularly at the skill positions, and Winston is a top-three QB as a redshirt freshman. They are more loaded than TA&M's offense, which put a lot of points on the board against Bama.

Alabama fans were not happy Oregon won last night as they know which team would have been an easy opponent and it isn't FSU

This is an extremely impressive board but last week was a glaring exception. There was runaway denial, with analysis of the Florida State game as if it was another game and not one with many landslide characteristics.

Frankly, it reminded me of almost exactly a year earlier, when posters here and elsewhere were trying to "unskew" political polls that they didn't like. Nate Silver had Obama's winning percentage at roughly 95% and Florida State's money line last week was similar. Once it reaches that level it's laughable to place great faith in the 5%.

Two times we "just flew around with wreckless abandon" off the top of my head. Both times we over pursued and Winston ran for big first downs.
