Destroy the auto video player.

Makes it so it's hard to visit the board when listening to music at the gym, listening to a podcast on a walk, etc. I actively stay off the recruiting board in many instances bc of that interruption.

Can't imagine, less traffic and interaction is the goal with that video player.

Bring back the database

That would be great to have, a place where all the recruits we are looking at are listed, instead of trying to search for old posts.

Change the recruiting rating system from stars to Marios.

We need a better, more standardized way of transitioning threads after a commit.

Tried it out on the Dopson threads to see how well the proposed process works.

• First and last posts of the original thread updated.
• Link to the old thread in the new thread (although its a few posts into the thread as I couldn't get to it in time).

Edit: I tweaked the proposed process a bit. Title updated to include "[Pre-commit] Thread"
