needs to hire some staff that can develop as well as coach, seems to be way to enamored with having a staff that can recruit...... you need balance of staff that can recruit nd some who can develop players....... outside of WR & TE what group has gotten better...........

There is no reason to keep Guidry past ESD.

Edit: Except for buyout expense year-end reason. Then fire him on January 2nd, 2025.

We don't have another option for at least 3 years.

I will say it again. Unless we start developing a nasty defense we're never going to amount to anything.

Maybe think if Ed Reed or Lewis would be willing to be a major part of the coaching staff.

Look at the difference Sapp has now on hand with Colorado. They literally play different now.

**** If he does **** if he don’t , long as he gets rid of the d cord I can justify the field goal imo . My dcord sucked fcking dck. I thought he could get one stop , I slapped the **** out him made him take a bus home and his **** is on the curb waiting for him to.

Syracuse has some good receivers, better than I thought.

Recruiting wise, does our activity in the portal turn high school recruits off? We can talk recruiting all we want, but this process stymies development long term.

Wasn't in a rush to watch this game. Thought up 21, this wouldn't be a shootout, should've stuck with my gut going into it.

Arroyo, some great plays but none better than him knocking the sure to be INT down.

Defense, ouch, not much of anything positive to say.

Not even upset a bit. Wondering why I tune in anymore. Decent and entertaining season. This is the ceiling. National Championship again, keep dreaming fellow fans. Those days are gone, but at least we haven't fallen off the map like Nebraska, Oklahoma, etc.

Yeah it was a pretty ****** situation.

However, if Mario thought the defense could stop them 1st and 10 from the 25 after the field goal, he necessarily thought they could stop them 1st and 10 from the 10 yard line had we failed to convert on 4th down. Makes no sense to kick the field goal.

We needed a touchdown.

There were 2 ways to try to score one:
1. Score a TD on 4th & goal from the 10 yard line (or get lucky on a penalty and get closer/fresh set of downs)​
2. Stop them before they got 2 first downs, then drive 60+ yards with no time outs and less than 2.5 minutes to go and score a TD​

Second option more improbable, no?

Oh I agree just the issue we could t stop **** . So we held them a field goal if we didn’t score now where down 10 with 0 chance . That was on George but u I get what you’re saying . Still **** if u do **** if u don’t .
